(£27,378 – £32,838) Dependent upon experience, skills & qualifications

Restorative Social Care Services is a locally based children’s social care provider offering safe, supportive, and nurturing environments for children and young people. We have a small, committed professional maintenance team who work hard to ensure our spaces remain warm, welcoming and well‑maintained. These environments are an essential part of the therapeutic experience for the young people we support.
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. This role is central to maintaining the high standards of our homes and facilities, ensuring they remain homely, safe, and conducive to positive development.
Working across our West Yorkshire sites, you will carry out painting, decorating, and refurbishment tasks to help us create spaces that feel inviting, comforting and uplifting for the children and young people who live in them.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Painting, decorating and finishing internal and external areas to a professional standard
- Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of our residential homes
- Ensuring all work aligns with health and safety guidelines
- Working collaboratively with the maintenance team and management
- Helping create therapeutic, child-centred, nurturing environments
- Responding to ad hoc maintenance requests as required
