Employee Wellbeing Service

Any time of day or night, Restorative employees have access to a free, confidential advice and support service, including counselling. For work-related or personal issues, employees can contact the service independently of us as their employer, and in complete confidence speak to a professional who can help.

All counsellors are accredited to or registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and available 24/7, 365 days a year by phone, online or email.

“We’re delighted to offer this valuable service. We recognise everyone has complex, busy lives and sometimes we might need help and advice with issues, including counselling. To be able to freely contact an independent, professional service, without obligation, and confidentially, can make so much difference to those worries that otherwise affect our wellbeing.”

Sarah Fawcett, Assoc CIPD | Head Office Manager

Our employee wellbeing service can help with:

  • Work life
Healthy employees are more productive and positive at work. Research shows a strong connection between physical and emotional wellbeing, work engagement and productivity. Being healthy helps you make better decisions and perform at your best, which benefits both employees and managers.
  • Home life
We take on many roles in our lives – partner, mother or father, brother or sister, son or daughter, etc. As such, our family lives involve a mix of emotions and duties that can sometimes overlap or clash. Despite the challenges, having the right support and advice can help to reframe issues and contribute to a more fulfilling and enriching home life.
  • Mind and body
Research reveals how reliant human resilience is on both physical and emotional wellbeing. Therefore, to maintain good mental health, it is essential to have good physical health, including a balanced diet and regular exercise. However, it is equally important to prioritise our emotional wellbeing and to achieve true health and relaxation, we must focus on nurturing both mind and body.
  • Legal issues
Legal issues are a common occurrence in our daily lives, ranging from divorce and inheritance tax to landlord disputes. Receiving proper guidance can transform a daunting and overwhelming situation into a manageable one.
  • Money matters
Experiencing financial instability can greatly affect our feeling of security and happiness. Ongoing budget cuts and job layoffs is causing stress for many people globally. However, those who have survived financial difficulties can attest that there is hope. Seeking assistance is usually the first move. Some may even find a completely different lifestyle through gaining advice.
