Restorative is a place to be and feel safe, as we care for and support each child or young person we work with, back to the fulfilling life and future they deserve. Through personalisation and permanency of care, restorative intervention and intense support, we build a young person’s ability to progress with confidence, opportunity and hope. Our highly trained and well-supported team work collaboratively with all agencies involved, to plan a journey of progression. We’ll focus on the everyday achievements, because we know how these really matter and contribute to wellbeing and long-term success. But we’ll also celebrate and develop each young person’s strengths, unique talents and interests, to bring about their brighter future.
