We encourage feedback and honest communication about any part of our service at anytime. If you have a complaint or issue (even if it’s a small thing), or you think we could do things better, please let us know.

You can contact us in the way that works best for you – we’ve provided many different ways for you to get in touch.

Talk to us

If you’re comfortable talking to us, then an informal discussion about what’s gone wrong is a great way to resolve issues. Often, an informal discussion can get things sorted out more quickly than the procedure of a formal complaint.
