“My experience of working with Restorative at Birk House is very positive. Communication between their staff and management to our service is excellent and with the best interests of the young person at their core. I also have a young person in one of their outreach properties. Their outreach team are equally pro-active in communicating any pertinent information and we receive monthly summaries. They are also adept in providing practical support such as helping YP’s getting to appointments and starting benefit claims. All visitors have to log in to a digital register and sign out when they leave.
The placement itself is only a 5 minute drive from Huddersfield town centre and respective colleges.“
