Salary: £29,326 – £30,730 per annum
Salary is based on working a 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern inclusive of sleeping allowance.
Average of 10 sleeps ins per calendar month. (Additional hours can be offered)

Therapeutic support
Our model of care has an additional therapeutic element. Here, we use a therapeutic approach to makes sense of a young person’s difficulties, development and motivations in order to help move that young person forward. It’s an approach that empowers the relationship between carer and young person to be the most effective tool for creating change.
The role
It’s essential that the successful applicant for this post demonstrates the view that therapeutic care approaches are vital for working effectively with children and young people who present with attachment and trauma difficulties.
The care approach is relationship-focused, and the successful applicant will be supported to become more self-aware, knowledgeable and skilled in working therapeutically with young people who have experience of significant early life trauma. Therefore, it’s essential applicants demonstrate the desire to engage with ongoing training and development.
