Recruiting for new job-share Support Worker positions at Restorative

Sharing the responsibility but none of the job satisfaction, our new job-share support worker roles offer rewarding career opportunities for those who want to work with young people but can’t commit to full-time hours.
Job-share roles are now available within our residential children’s social care service and are for 18.5 hours a week, including 3 sleeps a month.

While we purposely keep staff support teams small at Restorative to maintain our permanency of care and familiarity of staff for the young people we support, we recognise that not everyone’s lifestyle enables them to work in a full-time role. Our job-share opportunities therefore enable the right applicants, with a real desire to work supporting young people, to access fantastic career opportunities in children’s social care and who may need to balance their own life and care commitments with employment.
