We want to do what works best for children and young people by making their care and support the best it can be, and better than they may have previously experienced. We know that an individual approach works best, so we make our care and support individual, to fit each child and young person we care for, and their unique needs. As a result, our support is fit-for-purpose and dynamically transformative for them personally. All of our services are delivered through a model that’s proven to work: an evidence-based model of authoritative parenting and restorative intervention, with a strengths-focused approach. It’s a model and approach that works to help children and young people rebuild their confidence and live a happier life.
