Italian Cooking at Grove House
On the 18th April 2025, Grove House had an Italian cooking afternoon where 3 young people joined in making their own pizzas, spaghetti bolognaise, macaroni cheese and garlic bread. They also enjoyed mocktails, profiteroles and tiramisu for dessert. The young people and staff member cooked together, ate together and also enjoyed listening to Italian music on the TV whilst cooking, eating and cleaning afterwards.
This was part of the Restorative SCS ‘Cultural Calendar’, where homes celebrate and explore a new country and culture each month.
