American Themed Celebrations

On the 06/07/2025 young people and care staff from Grove House and Wibsey House came together to enjoy an American-themed celebration. The event was planned to offer a vibrant and engaging way to showcase diverse ,cultural foods, fostering community spirit and cultural appreciation among the young people. The young people involved displayed great enthusiasm and participation, highlighting the successful effort to promote cultural diversity through using the Restorative SCS Cultural Calendar.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable event and the young people from both homes discussed their countries foods and how they want to plan future events , where they can make a dish which represents their country.
