New Employee Wellbeing Service

A completely new Employee Wellbeing Service is now available for all Restorative employees. Via freephone, email or online, employees can contact the free, confidential support service, for advice and help, including counselling.

Any time of day or night, 365 days a year, the service is available so that employees can get the help they need, and in complete confidence, for any work-related or personal issue and speak to a counsellor direct, all of who are accredited to or registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

The Employee Wellbeing Service can help with:

• Finance and debt management
• Legal and tax issues
• Family matters
• Therapy and emotional support
• Everyday matters

All calls to the service are in complete confidence. As an employer, Restorative will receive no information regarding employees contact, only anonymous statistics.
