Zone 3 Halloween Events
Young people living in supported accommodation in Bradford, enjoyed a frightfully fun Halloween this year—complete with pumpkins, laughter, and plenty of spooky surprises!
Across Wibsey House and Grove House, staff worked together to host a Halloween party filled with excitement and opportunities for the young people to connect and build friendships. The celebrations kicked off with a pumpkin-carving competition, where everyone got the chance to show off their creativity. From silly smiles to spooky faces, each pumpkin brought something unique to the table.
No Halloween party is complete without good food, and the young people enjoyed a tasty buffet, snacks, and themed treats. One of the highlights was a special Halloween drink called “Blood on Ice,” served with the help of the mysterious “Blood” (Ribena) for some extra spooky flair! Brilliant face painting also added to the atmosphere, turning young people and staff into zombies, witches, ghosts and more.
To top it all off, a group of young people from both homes attended the Scare Grounds attraction in Wakefield, where they braved creepy mazes, live actors and thrilling Halloween experiences. There were lots of laughs, some scared screams—and memories they won’t forget any time soon!
The Halloween events brought together young people from both Wibsey House and Grove House, giving them the chance to have fun, socialise and strengthen friendships across the two homes. Everyone had a fantastic time, and the atmosphere throughout the celebrations was filled with excitement, teamwork, and plenty of spooky fun.
Restorative Social Care Services would like to thank all staff and young people who made this year’s Halloween celebrations such a success. We can’t wait to see what creative ideas next year brings! 🎃👻
