Increased management and compliance provision as Supported Accommodation Service expands

The Restorative leadership team has taken the decision, in the face of continued expansion of the Supported Accommodation Service for young people, to recruit to an entirely new role of Quality, Development and Compliance Manager.

This new quality assurance and senior leadership role will support, develop and performance manage, what will shortly be three Registered Service Managers across the three zones of the Supported Accommodation Service respectively, of Calderdale, Kirklees and Bradford.

Where the service was previously supported by one Registered Service Manager, Restorative will now register the three zones as separate provisions with Ofsted, to put the appropriate level of oversight and support in place.

“Excellence, innovation and robust support of provision is paramount at Restorative – this additional post to our leadership team will ensure that and improve, yet further, our ability to quality assure every aspect of our care and support that makes such a positive difference to young people’s lives,” says Byron Smith, Director at Restorative.
