All successful applicants receive holistic, personal and financial support to study for and gain industry qualifications, benefitting from personalised training plans and specialist training that aligns with their career goals. Many staff go on to progress within the organisation, gaining experience and qualifications for senior and management roles.

Support and development for employees at Restorative is outstanding. Not only are care team employees supported to gain their NVQ Level 4, which is a requirement within two years of being in a support worker role, all employees, including head office and maintenance teams, receive bespoke, specialist, and mandatory, training courses, following an annual, busy training calendar.
