Did you know Restorative SCS was founded and created by three experienced, highly qualified social care professionals who all share an ambition to create and deliver an innovative model of care for children and young people?

Restorative has been purpose-built from the ground up by the founding directors to provide care and support for children and young people that looks, feels and is different. The model of care they’ve created and apply to all practice, across all services, is well-evidenced for enabling young people to progress and fulfil their maximum potential.

With a strong ethos of support and development for staff, they are as present in the organisation now as they were since its inception in 2017. Continuing to create a strong corporate culture of excellence in social care and staff progression, their experience in creating and leading social care teams results in numerous Restorative settings receiving Ofsted good and outstanding ratings, as well as creating rewarding careers for life for staff.
