Visiting Care Leavers Week in Bradford

Earlier this week, residents of Grove House participated in a series of care leavers activities in Bradford.

The group gained valuable knowledge whilst engaging in various activities, such as visiting Bradford city hall for a talk about Sexual Health and speaking with substance misuse workers about the dangers of drug use, the different types of drugs, and their effects on the body.

To top it off, one of our lucky residents won a free food parcel from My Lahore, a popular restaurant in Bradford, after entering a raffle.

On Friday, two of the young people joined other looked after young people in the local area for a fun-filled day of bowling. It was their first time bowling, and they had a blast! They even took plenty of photos to share with staff once they returned home.
