Right Royal Jubilee celebrations at Restorative!

We had some fantastic jubilee celebrations over the recent bank holiday weekend! Young people at Ogden Moor threw a party in honour of the first British monarch to celebrate 70 years of service.

Planning and serving all the refreshments, young people enjoyed such British delicacies as home-made scones, trifle and finger sandwiches. Plus, we had lots of discussions too, learning about how the royal family play a role in strengthening national unity and take part in many community and local events. Did you know the royal family carry out over 2000 official engagements every year, throughout the UK and world?

We all had a great time watching the jubilee parade on television, celebrating her Majesty’s right royal platinum occasion.
